Ms. Williams has spent the last twenty-five years as a business owner and human resource consultant. Her experience includes all areas of human resource management, as well as expertise in assisting business owners and key managers in developing effective, employer-focused HR solutions.



Prior to starting her own business, she spent several years with US West and AT&T. She held several key management positions in human resources and customer service.



Ms. Williams has a BA Degree from the University of Southern Colorado. She is actively involved in community activities and organizations and serves on the board of directors for three companies. She is a past recipient of the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce Small Business Owner of the Year award.





Ms. Williams currently chairs the Small Business Leadership Council, the Family Owned Business Roundtable for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors.
